In general, individual sessions are $250 per 50 minute session.  Depending on availability, I may be able to offer reduced fee appointments during specific time slots.  My sliding scale begins at $160/session.  Currently, I do not directly bill insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company to see if you are able to receive reimbursements, what information they require, and how that they will use your information.  I am happy to provide superbills for this purpose.  It is advisable to also ask your insurance company how they may use your information in the future.  Psychotherapy may also be covered through health spending accounts, such as Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Medical Savings Account (MSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).  Please contact your benefits coordinator to find out if you can be reimbursed through these methods as well.
