Who I am

I have been in practice for 15 years and in the field of psychology and social work for over 20 years. I received my doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco. My professional background is rooted in community mental health, where I directed residential and day treatment services for adults with mental health, substance abuse, and pervasive health issues.  I completed my internship at California College of the Arts where I worked with undergraduate and graduate students from a variety of life-circumstances and cultural backgrounds.  Additionally, my doctoral training included rotations at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Over-60 Program, Institute on Aging, and Richmond Area Multi-Services, Inc.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY-28658) and a member of the Northern California Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology.
